Differentiation
Research films that did not get their desired rating and how this affected their audience figures and therefore profit.
Film ratings are used to age limit a certain type of film depending on what the content is. The most common films rating which are available for films are: U, PG, 12, 12A, 15, 18 and R18.

How
the different rating systems have changed over the years
PG-13
rating was actually conceived in 1984 at the suggestion of Steven Spielberg:
His film Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
was suggested that it was a tad too graphic/violent for kids, but not so
bad to be classified as an R rating.
